My ink cartridges were empty (that means that my printer started printing almost white pages), but when I opened the help center of my printer (HP DeskJet 3700 All‑in‑One Printer series) and tried to update the status of the ink levels, they didn't seem to be empty. I tried printing more almost-white pages, to completely dry my ink cartrides, but they never seem to be completely empty or even almost empty. Because of that, it doesn't send a notification to HP instant ink in order for my new inks to be ordered. So now, I pay for Instant Ink and, at the same time, I have to go and buy new inks myself, extra.
How can I make my HP help center and, consequently, my Instant Ink account "understand" (receive the information) that my ink cartridges are empty?
